In 1995, Suzhou GL Combined Transport was established. At that time, GL focused on domestic long-distance lorry transport and railway transportation business

In 2001, GL Combined Transport changed name to GL Cargo Freight. Then it set up a representative office in Shanghai to provide professional domestic and international logistics services for foreign customers entering mainland China.

In 2002, GL Cargo Freight set up declaration department and began to carry out self-declaration business.

In 2004, GL Cargo Freight obtained NVOCC qualification.

In 2005, Ningbo agency, Qingdao agency successively established.

In 2009, GL Cargo Freight in Shanghai, Hong Kong opened a self-run warehouse to meet more customer different needs.
